Who we are
Speaking Truth and Never Doubting Unlimited Potential (STANDUP!), a non-profit, tax-exempt organization, was founded by husband-and-wife team, Robert and Tajuana Jackson. STANDUP! hosts two conferences annually for young men and young women. We also welcome seasoned men and women. Next for STANDUP! Inc. is the Legacy Ball which will take place in 2023.
Each year STANDUP! gives away twenty (20) scholarships to high school seniors and college student attendees, through the Christian Long Scholarship Fund and the Keisha Kirkland Scholarship Fund. We also give away prizes for participation including laptops, iPads, bikes, and gift cards.
Our Mission
Our mission is to inspire, while assisting students with their goal of not only attending college, but also finishing. We also aim to empower our communities through fostering the social, mental, emotional, spiritual and physical well-being of young men and women of all ages.
Our Vision
Our goal is to increase and expand our reach both locally and nationally by creating events that are in-person, hybrid and live streamed.
