Legacy Ball & Legacy Training Sessions
The Legacy Ball & Legacy Training Sessions will take place during the Summer 2023 (date TBA), with the purpose of bringing together young men and women to guide them in objective discussions and reassessment of current dating trends and social values. Pre-ball activities will include training sessions and an informal dance, all with the purpose of preparing the participants for the Legacy Ball
LEARN TO LEAVE A LEGACY
Leading up to the actual ball there will be pertinent monthly training courses for young men and women, half online and half in person. The trainings will be led by professional educators, leaders and experts to help young men and women learn to navigate building healthy relationships, including setting standards, improving communication, and respecting one another. Students will learn to restructure how they interact in relationships, set goals, and perceive themselves. The purpose is to increase the understanding of how choices influence a person’s ability to leave a family legacy.
HAVE FUN & MEET PEOPLE IN THE PROCESS
A preliminary dance, which will be the half-way mark of the training, is scheduled to give the participants an opportunity to practice the values they have learned in the course so far. The training will build and lead up to the actual Legacy Ball, which is set to be a formal gala. The gala will include students, parents and invited celebrity guests. At both events students will have the opportunity to showcase and practice the skills they have acquired during these trainings, giving them the opportunity to communicate the social values and put them to use.
